Designed to Sell
Prior to putting this home on the market, Phillips Construction was hired to do a complete home remodel. Phillips Construction refinished all the floors, replaced carpet, painted all the walls, ceilings and trim, and remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms.
Full Home Refresh
Phillips Construction completed a full home remodel; allowing their clients to stay in the home and community they love. Red floral wall paper was replaced by a classic white kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, lighting, countertops, backsplash and fixtures. But the project didn’t stop there, Phillips Construction replaced flooring on the entire first level, painted the entire home in beautiful neutral tones, created a stunning master suite, and remodeled all other bathrooms in the home.
